Villa Gioia - Fantastic location with private beach access

Villa Gioia is a spacious semi-detached villa located directly by the sea near Tropea at an altitude of 40 m above sea level. On about 180 sqm the villa offers space for up to 6 people. The other half of the house is inhabited by the owner, a friendly and quiet couple, during summer months.

The villa is on two floors. The ground floor has a living room with dining and sitting area, an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower washing machine. From the ground floor a staircase leads to the upper sleeping area where there are two bedrooms and another bathroom with shower. From one of the two bed rooms you can look over the sea from your bed, and the balcony in front of the bedroom offers a spectacular view. This bedroom also has an open gallery with a mattrasse where a child can sleep (please note that the stand height is very low).

Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

You will spend the most time outdoors on the large terrace which offers great views of the sea and the coast below the Villa Gioia . The spacious private outdoor area is reserved for our guests and equipped with a large dining table for al fresco dining as well as sun loungers to relax. There is also an outdoor barbecue in the garden.

From the terrace you have the private access via stairs, which leads to a stone beach from which you can reach a large sandy beach after about 100m. On the beach are also some hotels and holiday villages.

The idyllic little village of Parghelia is 2 km away from the Villa Gioia, and the lovely coastal town Tropea can be reached in only 5 minutes drive by car.
