Casa Arco - Spacious holiday villa with shared pool

Casa Arco is the largest of the three semi-detached houses on the estate La Scogliera. Situated opposite the beautiful shared pool, the  house is an ideal holiday home for a large family with children or a group of friends. The magnificent bay below the land can be reached after a short walk along the beautiful property.

The holiday villa has two floors and a large and comfortable terrace. The ground floor is the living room with open kitchen and dining area, and a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the three bedrooms has a bunk bed and is therefore suitable for children.

In walking distance are several restaurants serving local cuisine, a supermarket and a bar/ice cream parlor. The nearest major supermarket and the railway station Ricadi are about 2km away, and if you want to stroll into town, it takes about 10 minutes by car to Tropea with its beautiful old town.

Further beautiful beaches are in the vicinity, and the green landscape of Capo Vaticano is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The airport Lamezia Terme is located just an hour’s drive.
