Casa Capri is situated on a beautiful, very spacious estate in the Capo Vaticano region, surrounded by lush vegetation. There are several stylish cottages located on the property, which share a lovely pool with sea views and a private beach access.

The detached cottage is very tastefully furnished with antique furniture and with great attention to detail and submits a homely atmosphere. On the terrace with fantastic sea views the day can be started with a breakfast and ended with a glass of wine and a delicious meal in the evening.

A walk over the beautiful and well maintained property takes you to the stairs, which take you to a picturesque cove, which is otherwise accessible only by boat. Besides, the pool area invites to relax and dream with a beautiful panoramic view.

The detached house Casa Capri consists of the main house (for up to 4 people) and attached annex (for 2 people). In the main house (70sqm), there is a living/dining room with open kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The annex (approx. 16 sqm) with private entrance has a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.

Further beautiful beaches are in the vicinity, and the green landscape of Capo Vaticano is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The airport Lamezia Terme is located just an hour’s drive.
