Casa Norelli - Nicely furnished, comfortable holiday home

Casa Norelli is the first of three semi-detached houses, the living area extends over two levels. The comfortably furnished holiday villa provides a cozy atmosphere, and has an outdoor area with rooftop terrace, pergola and shared pool for a pleasant stay outside.

One enters the house through the living room with fireplace, from where it continues to the dining area and open kitchen. A spiral staircase leads to the upper sleeping area with 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with bunk bed) and two bathrooms with shower. From the top floor you enter the roof terrace, where you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and the sea. On the property a path leads down the stairs in one of the most beautiful coves of Capo Vaticano.

The nearest major supermarket and the railway station Ricadi are about 2km away, and if you want to stroll into town, it takes about 10 minutes by car to Tropea with its beautiful old town. Further beautiful beaches are in the vicinity, and the green landscape of Capo Vaticano is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The airport Lamezia Terme is located just an hour’s drive.
