Casa Pittara - Semi-detached house with roof terrace

Casa Pittara is a semi-detached house together with Casa Arco and Casa Norelli on a large property in the Capo Vaticano region. It has two floors, the ground floor with living room with sitting area and open kitchen with dining area and the upper floor with two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with bunk bed) and two bathrooms with shower.

In front of the house entrance there is a large terrace on which you can eat together outside and on the roof is a roof terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the nice view.

The house shares a communal pool with other villas on the property and has access to a private cove.

The nearest major supermarket and the railway station Ricadi are about 2km away, and if you want to stroll into town, it takes about 10 minutes by car to Tropea with its beautiful old town. Further beautiful beaches are in the vicinity, and the green landscape of Capo Vaticano is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The airport Lamezia Terme is located just an hour’s drive.
