Agriresidence Ninea - Holiday apartments in the countryside

The semi-detached farm cottages of Farmhouse Ninea are located on a hill-terrace with  breathtaking panoramic views over the landscape of the Capo Vaticano region, to the sea and the island of Stromboli. The about 15ha large estate offers its guests an ideal place for a relaxing holiday surrounded by beautiful nature.

We rent out the cottage with sea view in the first row near the pool. Each holiday cottage consists of two independent, tastefully furnished apartments with a large covered terrace with garden furniture. On the property there is a large pool and a smaller children pool and a pool-bar. For their own cooking the guests have the possibility to serve themselves from the products of the agricultural business like vegetables and fruits.

Each apartment consists of:
– kitchen with living room and sofa bed
– 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds)
– bathroom with shower and hairdryer
– air-conditioning
– safe
– large terrace covered with garden furniture

Other facilities are:
– large swimming pool with a separate pool for children
– outdoor shower
– restaurant
– barbecue
– bar
– small playground for children
– parking
– washing machine (shared use and at additional cost)

All facilities like grocery stores, post office, restaurants etcc can be found in the nearby located small village San Nicolò di Ricadi, less than 1km away. The closest railway station (Ricadi) is 3km , the well-known coastal town Tropea 10km away. A car is recommended!

PRICES
The prices are per week for 4 persons. For the 5th person a supplement of EUR 50 per week has to be paid.
