Villa Giulia - Large sea view terrace and pool area
This beautiful detached villa in Capo Vaticano is located just above the beautiful beach of Santa Maria and from the house to the beach is only 200m walk.
Villa Giulia offers space for up to 8 people and is situated on a spacious, terraced property with a large covered terrace, which extends over the entire length of the house. The view over the sea and the surrounding coastal landscape is fantastic and can be enjoyed from sunrise to sunset. From arge terrace there are a few steps leading down to a smaller terrace and some other steps to the large pool area. Next to the main terrace of the house there is also a nice brick built barbecue area.
The main entrance of the house leads from the terrace into the living room with open kitchen. Through a corridor the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can be reached. The fourth bedroom suite is located in a small annex, which has a separate entrance from one side of the villa. The house is simply furnished, but it has a fantastic outdoor area and a breathtaking sea view.

About 250 meters from the house is the small but picturesque fishing village of Santa Maria, where there is a square with a church, two restaurants offering fresh fish, a pizzeria and a small food market (larger supermarkets are about 2km away). The beautiful coastal town of Tropea with its historic old town center is just 10 minute drive away.
