Villa Monaci -Fantastic location with beautiful sea views
The Villa Monaci consist of two independent apartments. The upper apartment is occupied in the summer months by the owner herself, the lower apartment is rented out to holidaymakers. The apartment that we rent out has a very large outside terrace of 120sqm, so that you can stay outside and enjoy the fantastic views at any time of the day. The partially covered terrace is equipped with table and chairs, loungers and parasol and there is an outdoor shower.
From the terrace you have access to both, the kitchen and the living room. The apartment has two bedrooms (one with double and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. In the living room you have a dining and sitting area, and the sofa can also be used as a sofa bed for a 5th person. Outside there is a small laundry room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and laundry rack.
In the middle of the residential complex there is a large pool equipped with sun beds and parasols, which is used by all residents and which is open from mid-June to mid-September. A private access road leads down to a small cove, from where you can also reach other nice beaches.
A car is required on site and at the villa there is a private parking place available for the guests. In only 10 minutes you can reach Tropea, probably the most famous and picturesque town on the Tyrrhenian coast. Some shops and restaurants are also available in the small village of Parghelia, about 5 minutes’ drive from the house.
