Villa Survara - Large estate with pool

The Villa Survara is located on 10 acres of beautiful estate with a pool just 5 minutes drive from Tropea, on the outskirts of the small town of Santa Domenica di Ricadi. A private driveway leads to the beautifully landscaped grounds with large with lots of trees and greenery.

The holiday villa for 8 guests has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on approximately 30sqm and is composed as follows:

Ground floor
– Kitchen
– Living room with fireplace and dining area
– 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds)
– 1 bathroom with shower
– 1 bathroom with tub
– Guest WC

1st floor
– 2 bedrooms (two with double bed and one with 2 single beds that can be put together as a double bed)
– 1 bathroom with shower
– balcony

The villa Survara has a washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and in 2 bedrooms, satellite TV and wireless Internet.

The exterior of Villa Survara has a beautiful gazebo with comfortable seating and dining areas and a barbecue. On the property there is large pool (16 x 8 m), shared with holiday villa Bambu, which is located on the same grounds.

The nearest beach is only about 1 km, and other beautiful beaches are located in the vicinity.

The small town of Santa Domenica Ricadi is within walking distance from the property, and there you will find all the facilities such as grocery stores, bars, restaurants, butchers, bakers, fishmongers, fruit dealer, bank, post office. The popular seaside town of Tropea is just 5 minutes drive away with its picturesque old town and invites you to go out and stroll.

On the same property we also rent ot the very exclusive holiday villa, Villa Conte, which offers space for up to 12 people. Both houses share the large pool.

A breakage deposit of €300 has to be paid and will be returned on departure if no damage has occurred.
