The detached holiday home Villa Tanja with pool in the Capo Vaticano area is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The house has been completely renovated and is a beautiful and modern holiday home with tasteful furnishings.

Villa Tanja is located on a hill, just 1 kilometer from the long sandy beach of Santa Maria. The villa can accommodate up to 6 persons and is ideal for a large family or a group of friends. There are a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms.

During your stay at Villa Tanja you will probably spend most of your time outdoors. It has a large garden and a terrace with a dining table and barbecue. From the house you can enjoy the sunset and the beautiful view of the volcano Stromboli. In the evening you can have a barbecue together and enjoy a good glass of wine.

The large living room and the cozy furnishings also make the house ideal for a stay in the low season.

From the private swimming pool you have a wonderful view of the crystal blue sea.

The beach of Santa Maria is only about 1 km and the picturesque coastal town of Tropea about 10 km from the house.
