Villetta Serenetta - Small but comfortable holiday villa

The semi-detached holiday villa Villetta Serenetta is located in the Capo Vaticano area above the bay of Santa Maria with a beautiful panoramic view. The beach access stairs leads within 5 minutes to the beautiful beach of Santa Maria. The terrace has a magnificent view of the sea and the bay, and on a clear day you can see up to Sicily. Villa Serenetta is attached to the Villa Serena, but both houses have completely separate entrances, so that absolute privacy is guaranteed.

The villa is comfortable, despite the small living area of about 60sqm, and consists of:

– 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds)

In the summer months of July and August due to various hotels and resorts in the bay a certain noise level cannot be avoided. Distances: restaurants and bars ca.500 m, shops ca.350 m, beach ca.200 m, Tropea ca.10 km, airport Lamezia Terme ca. 70 km
